After you’ve placed your order, we’ll check your photo and begin with the artwork creation process.

You’ll receive your artwork within 2 days via mail. You can then approve it, or request unlimited free revisions until you’re satisfied!

Note: Understandably, requesting multiple revisions or submitting new photos will lengthen the artwork creation process.

We’ll start crafting your lamp once the artwork is approved. This process takes about 1 to 3 days.

Q: Can I review the design before it gets shipped?

A: Yes! You can review the design and request as many revisions as you want. That way you'll be sure to receive the lamp of your dreams!

Q: Can you design pets, objects and other things?

A: Absolutely! We can make designs based on almost everything. We can even make designs based on your drawings!

Q: Can there be more than 5 people in the picture?

A: It's possible but not recommended. The design has a maximum size so if there are more people in the picture, the design will be less detailed.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as our lamps are personalized.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order. Once the process has started, we will have to charge a cancellation fee of $9.99.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your lamp upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if something is wrong. Please include a photo and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you in the best possible way.

Refunds

We will process a refund once your request has been approved. It may take a few business days for the amount to be refunded to your account.

Design Approval

We send the design for approval and only after it's approved, we craft your lamp.
