After you’ve placed your order, we’ll check your photo and begin with the custom artwork creation process.
You’ll receive your artwork within 48 hours via mail. You can then approve it, or request unlimited free revisions until you’re satisfied!
Note: Understandably, requesting multiple revisions or submitting new photos will lengthen the artwork creation process.
We’ll start crafting your lamp once the artwork is approved. This process takes about 1 to 3 days.
Your lamp will then be shipped. It takes about 7 to 14 days to be delivered to most countries.

Q: Can you design pets, objects and other things?
A: Absolutely! We can make designs based on almost everything. We can even make designs based on your drawings!
Q: Can I review the design before it gets shipped?
A: Yes! You can review the design and request as many revisions as you want. That way you'll be sure to receive the lamp of your dreams!
Q: Can there be more than 5 people in the picture?
A: It's possible but not recommended. The design has a maximum size so if there are more people in the picture, the design will be less detailed.
