After you’ve placed your order, we’ll check your photo and begin with the custom artwork creation process.

You’ll receive your artwork within 1-3 days via mail (during busy gifting periods this may increase slightly). You can then approve it, or request unlimited free revisions until you’re satisfied!

Note: Understandably, requesting multiple revisions or submitting new photos will lengthen the artwork creation process.

We’ll start crafting your lamp once the artwork is approved. This process takes about 1 to 3 days.

A: Absolutely! We can make designs based on almost everything. We can even make designs based on your drawings!

Q: Can I review the design before it gets shipped?

A: Yes! You can review the design and request as many revisions as you want. That way you'll be sure to receive the lamp of your dreams!

Q: Can there be more than 5 people in the picture?

A: It's possible but not recommended. The design has a maximum size so if there are more people in the picture, the design will be less detailed.
