Returns
Because every Lampiece is custom-made specifically for you, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Don't worry, we rarely receive return requests! This is because you will receive a design preview via email before we begin production. This allows you to approve the design or request unlimited free revisions until you are completely satisfied.
Is something not quite right, or did something go wrong? Please contact us. We always strive to find a suitable solution, such as a free replacement, to ensure you are 100% happy with your gift.
Cancellations or Adjustments
Would you like to cancel or adjust your order? Please contact us as soon as possible.
Our designers typically begin the design process within a few hours. Once this process has started, we charge a cancellation fee of €9.99 to cover the design costs incurred.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If something is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately and include a photo of the issue. This allows us to assess the problem quickly and provide a suitable solution.
Refunds
We will issue a refund once your refund request has been approved. Please note that it may take several business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.
