The total delivery time consists of design, production, and shipping.

Design & Production

Design and production times are the same for every country.

• You will receive the first design via email within 1-2 business days.
• Once the design is approved, we begin production. This takes an average of 1-3 business days.

NOTE: With the 'Priority' option, design and production times are roughly cut in half. Your order will be prioritized at every step of the process, especially useful during busy gifting seasons when wait times are longer.

Shipping

After production, your order is shipped via PostNL. For international shipments, delivery is handled by your local postal service. Shipping times vary by region.

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days
• Germany: 2–3 business days
• Europe: 2–6 business days
• Worldwide: 6–15 business days

NOTE: Exact shipping costs for Europe and Worldwide destinations are automatically calculated at checkout. Any customs or import duties for shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. This allows you to follow your package's journey until it is delivered.

Gifting Seasons

During peak periods (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas), the design, production, and shipping process may take a few business days longer than usual. To guarantee your gift arrives on time, we recommend placing your order early during these seasons.
