Design & Personalization
Is my photo good enough?
Please carefully review the Photo Guide on the product page when uploading your photo. We also manually check every image. If the quality is too low to guarantee a stunning result, we will contact you immediately to find a better alternative together.
Can I see the design before the lamp is made?
Absolutely! You will receive your personal design via email within 1-2 business days. We only start production once you’ve given us your approval.
What if I don’t like the design?
No worries, we don't stop until you’re 100% satisfied. We offer free and unlimited revisions on every design.
Can you also draw pets or combine multiple photos?
Yes! Our designers can draw any animal and even merge elements from different photos into one unique design.
Shipping & Packaging
How long will it take for my gift to arrive?
First, you will receive your design preview within 1-2 business days.
Once approved, production takes 1-3 business days.
After that, your order will be shipped:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Germany: 2-3 business days
- Europe: 2-6 business days
- Worldwide: 6-15 business days
Is it ready to be given as a gift right away?
Absolutely! The lamp is stylishly packaged with no invoice included in the box. It’s perfect for gifting right away.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are handmade and shipped from our office in the Netherlands.
Returns & Warranty
Can I still cancel my order?
This is possible as long as our designers haven't started yet. Because we work quickly (often within 2 hours), we charge a cancellation fee of €9.99 if the design process has already begun.
Can I return my lamp?
Since every lamp is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns. Fortunately, that’s rarely necessary: you get to see and approve the design before we start production.
Is there something wrong regardless? We will always find a suitable solution, such as a free replacement.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Please contact us and include a photo of the issue. We will arrange a new lamp or a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Holidays & Busy Periods
What are the delivery times during busy periods (like Christmas or Valentine’s Day)?
During peak periods, the design, production, and shipping process may take a few business days longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during these times to guarantee your gift arrives on schedule.
Can I rush my order if I'm in a hurry?
Yes, you can choose the 'Priority' option. This cuts the design and production time roughly in half, as your order gets moved to the front of the line at every step of the process. This is especially helpful when general wait times increase during busy periods.
Is there a final ordering deadline for the holidays?
Yes, for peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day, we use a final ordering deadline. Since both delivery services and our own design and production times increase, we communicate these dates well in advance via our newsletter and a clear notification on our website. Our advice: order well ahead of time to avoid disappointment!
