Na bestelling kreeg ik duidelijke uitleg over het vervolg. Binnen enkele dagen kreeg ik een design dat ik kon beoordelen met duidelijke instructies. Na goedkeuring kreeg ik weer een duidelijke mail met verzendinformatie. De lamp is heel erg mooi en volledig volgens het goedgekeurde design...het effect in het echt is nog mooier dan online! Ook bij uitpak weer duidelijke instructies. Het licht in de kader kan gedimd worden, wat ik zeer handig vind! Bedankt voor de duidelijke begeleiding, de snelle service en het mooie product!
